12 week 1 on 1 Program
– 90 MINUTE WEEKLY COACHING CALLS
You get to choose a time slot that works best for you during your time with Megan. Each call will be personalized to you. The first 30 minutes of the call will be focus on how your previous week went and where you may have struggled. The final 60 minutes of the call will be focused on your goals for the upcoming week and breaking down your daily schedule into manageable pieces.
