I thought only unsuccessful people used life coaches. I am a strong woman who can do it all on my own! I plugged myself into a spot for Megan Hall’s Better Together Mini Group. First, let me tell you I honestly figured I would complete four weeks and go on my way! I had just finished my degree and was ready to take on the world! I wasn’t unhappy or scared, but comfortable with life even though I was kind of lost. The first week made me think outside of the little square box I was comfortable with. During our phone conversation, I think I realized that I needed to dig underneath all my thoughts and clarify my purpose and life. I’ve never worked with a life coach before and I have to say my experience has been incredible. Megan has a unique way of helping her clients achieve balance and peace in their lives. In the short time I’ve worked with her I’ve improved my time management, my self-esteem and confidence. I always looked forward to our weekly calls because I walked with real life tools to make positive changes in my life. The part that made the most difference in my life was the weekly questions she sends. They are deep and made me really examine my life. The questions touched on things I was personally going through. After answering the questions, we talk through our answers. Processing things out loud helped me find solutions that I could implement in my daily life.
